I didn't get my sign-in code
Check spam or promotions for an email from Campsemble, then wait a minute and tap Send a new code. Codes work once and expire quickly.
Someone can't find me to invite me
Make sure you've set up your profile, and that Let people find me is on under Profile → Edit profile. They can search by your handle or your name.
Does a campsite fit my rig?
Campsemble flags sites that look tent-only or hike-in, but most listings don't publish exact size limits. Unknowns are shown as unknown. Always confirm with the campground before you go.
Is the site available on my dates?
Not yet verified in the app. Use the booking link on the listing to check and reserve with the official provider.
